COPD

Do you suffer from COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)? This clinical research study is evaluating a potential new treatment to help manage COPD symptoms, including coughing, shortness of breath, and fatigue. All study-related care is provided at no cost, and participants will be compensated for their time.

You may qualify if you:

  • Are diagnosed with COPD
  • Are 40–80 years old
  • Are a current or former smoker
  • Have a history of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, chronic kidney disease
  • Have established cardiovascular disease (e.g., open-heart surgery, heart attack, angina)
  • Meet other eligibility criteria (to be reviewed by the study team)

Exclusion

  • Lung cancer or a history of cancer within the last 5 years
  • Use of a daily ICS inhaler (e.g., Qvar, Pulmicort, Symbicort, Breztri)
  • Active diagnosis of asthma
  • History of heart transplant or lung transplant
